The K-1001 CHEMets® Filming Amine Kit comes in a cardboard box and contains everything needed to perform 20 tests: An CHEMets Refill® (R-1000),  comparator (C-1001), reaction tube with lid (A-0087F), tip breaking tool (A-0197), and instructions. This kit uses the methyl orange extraction method to measure the concentration of film forming amines (FFA). This test kit is commonly used to measure residual filming amines in boiler and cooling systems to ensure proper dosage of chemicals.
