ilming Amines Test Kit

This is a method for the determination of Cetamine Filming Amines (CFA) in boiler water, boiler feed water, condensate and other systems. In acidic solution CFA form a pink colored complex with Rose Bengal that is color stable for 1 hour. The extinction of the pink complex is measured against a blank and evaluated. The photometric determination is carried out at 560 nm or the next closest wavelength, depending on the photometer type. The reagent blank value is included in the calibration data.

Each kit comes with instructions, reagents, and equipment packaged in a durable plastic case. This kit also includes the Hach DR300 Colorimeter.
