These rugged glycol feed packages are ideal for industrial applications requiring maintaining system pressures up to 100 psig and with our list of standard and optional features, these versatile and durable systems complete any HVAC heating or chilled closed loop.

Gly-Pack system automatically maintains pressure in the loop by adding glycol solution to make up for losses which occur due to bleed / relief valve leakage or evaporation. Glycol addition is controlled by a pressure switch with adjustable set point and pressure differential. When the pressure in the loop reaches the low set point, the pump begins to feed glycol into the system until the differential set point is achieved.

Standard sizes are 15, 30, 55 and 100 gallons and include sturdy enamel coated steel stand, polyethylene tank, PVC manifold, low level pump cutoff, suction strainer, check valve, pressure switch, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, isolation valve, 1/3hp pump and control panel.

The control panel is NEMA 4 and include main power switch, pump H/O/A switch and low level indicating LED light, 15A fuse and locking cover. Optional features include duplex system, low level alarm, low level dry contact, TEFC pump, 1/2hp pump and high temp manifold.
